Group Class: Our Daily Class for Members

Open Gym: A dedicated time to practice skills/make-up missed workouts, experienced members only. Open gym hours are subject to change and for members only.

Beginners Class: Our monthly introductory class for new members. This class begins at the start of each month, lasts for three weeks, and meets three times per week(Required for all new members, exceptions may occur)

Sweaty Saturday: Our Free Class, Every Saturday. No experience or fitness level is required.

CrossFit Kids: A fitness class specifically designed for Kids. The purpose of this class is get your kids active and help build an early appreciation for movement and physical activity. 

Engine Class: A lower skill, conditioning-based CrossFit Class.
