Our Free Class on Saturdays 

Every Saturday at 9AM we have a free group class that is open to the public. This hour-long class is a great introduction to both the CrossFit program as well as a way to meet our awesome community. Getting fit should be fun, and Saturdays are a blast!

Our Beginner's Class

Our month long crash-course in CrossFit. The purpose of the class is to introduce new athletes to the CrossFit style of training in a small group environment. The month long introductory course meets Tuesdays and Thursdays for 8-sessions with morning and evening options available.

Can't make it to the free class? Beginner's classes don't line up with your schedule?  Then sign up for 1-on-1 sessions with a Coach, scheduled at your convenience.
